MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the development of tactical equipment and soldier systems
Formulate user requirements structurally and translate them into technical solutions
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and sales teams
Test prototypes and provide reasoned, use-based feedback
Participate in product validation and continuous improvement
Develop and enhance existing product lines

REQUIREMENTS:

Military experience (mandatory)
Practical experience with individual soldier equipment and load-bearing systems
Understanding of operational needs and field realities
Ability to formulate requirements clearly and structurally
High sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in English

ADVANTAGES / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in procurement, equipment evaluation, or instructor roles
Experience collaborating with defense industry suppliers
